• Failure to pass age verification or to submit the required documents.
• Involvement in fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity.
• If multiple accounts are operated.

Users may close their account at any time. Before submitting a closure request, please withdraw any remaining valid balance. Any unused bonus balance will be forfeited once the account is closed.

Khelaghar 8 is committed to delivering the highest standard of service; however, the platform's liability is limited in the following areas:
